Metalhead is directed by David Slade, who was heavily involved in NBC's Hannibal and also directed the disturbing psychological horror Hard Candy, with Patrick Wilson and Ellen Page. What's the episode about, you ask?
Not a clue. We're guessing it's something to do with killer dogs, maybe even some kind of robotic dog? Why it's in black and white, we've no idea either. It could merely be a stylistic choice, as it seems to fit with the harsh tone of the episode.
