If you've been following the trailers for 'WandaVision' so far, you'll note that it looks decidedly different from many other Marvel TV shows and movies.
The whole series, best as we can tell, seems to be set in some kind of fictional world where Wanda and Vision (Elisabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany) are living inside a sitcom from each decade. For example, the black-and-white stuff looks like 'Ozzie and Harriet', while the '70s era of the show looks like it's from 'Mork and Mindy'. In fact, it looks like each episode is going to be set in a different sitcom era.
Well, just like those TV sitcoms, each episode of 'WandaVision' is going to have a unique theme song - written by the songwriting duo behind the 'Frozen' soundtrack. Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez are penning the theme song for each episode, describing the show as "a one-of-a-kind project."
"I grew up in the ’80s watching shows from every decade on the networks all day long," said Kristen Anderson-Lopez. "Episodes from 'I Love Lucy', 'Brady Bunch' and 'Family Ties' shaped who I am and how I move through the world. So this project was a dream come true."
Already, some snippets of the music have made their way online, including this clip from the new trailer for the show.
'WandaVision' arrives on Disney+ from January 15th, with new episodes every week.
