By the sounds of it, Chris Hemsworth's new movie arriving on Netflix later this month was no walk in the park for the actor. In fact, 'Extraction' sounds like his most gruelling acting job to date.
The new Chris Hemsworth movie, 'Extraction' on Netflix, is around the corner from being released online, and the actor has revealed in a recent interview how the movie was "the most exhausting shoot" he's ever shot.
Speaking to Australia's News.com, Hemsworth said: "The whole thing was by far the most exhausting shoot I've ever been a part of.
"Sam [Hargrave - director] and I have worked together on 'Avengers' films and I knew it was going to be full of all the talent he was going to bring to the table with actions and stunts, but he took it up to a whole new level that I hadn't experienced before.
"You know, you have Sam strapped to the bonnet of a car, diving off buildings with you in amongst fight sequences. The camera work has an energy for us as performers that's pure adrenaline. And exhaustion."
It seems director Sam Hargrave, famed for his stuntwork on movies like 'Deadpool 2' and 'The Hunger Games', really put Hemsworth through his paces.
Anticipation is high for 'Extraction' on Netflix, as not only is Hemsworth attacked, but the new action flick has been directed by two of the brains behind the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the Russo Brothers. With Joe and Anthony Russo on board, at least the movie will look pretty cool, as the visionary directors have made sure what we're seen from them in the past have done just that - see 'Avengers: Endgame' if you don't believe us.
Here's the trailer for the new Chris Hemsworth movie in case you missed it the first time around.
'Extraction' arrives on Netflix April 24 - be sure to look out for our review of the action film very soon.
