Even if you haven't watched an episode of 'Raw' in the past two and a half decades, the name Vince McMahon should seem somewhat familiar to you.
The chairman and owner of WWE has been a controversial figure for many years now, so it's not surprising that Netflix is gearing up for a documentary on him in the new year. The as-yet untitled documentary will focus on McMahon's early life and career, and will likely follow in the same vein as HBO's documentary on Andre The Giant from last year.
In fact, Bill Simmons of '30 For 30' fame is set to act as executive producer here, with Chris Smith directing. Smith is best known for making 'Fyre: The Greatest Party That Never Happened' for Netflix, as well as 'The Disappearance of Madeline McCann' and 'Jim & Andy: The Great Beyond'.
As well as this, the documentary is set to be one of the highest-budgeted documentaries for Netflix, so our guess is all that money's gone on paying for WWE wrestlers to say nice things about Vince.
