In case you haven't watched the latest season of 'Orange Is The New Black', this might come as a surprise to you but it felt pretty obvious for everyone who watched it.
Jenji Kohan, the creator of the hit Netflix series, confirmed in a statement yesterday that next season will be the finale of the series and bring to an end seven seasons of Litchfield Prison. In a video posted to the show's official Twitter account, the cast of the show - including Taylor Schilling, Uzo Aduba, Kate Mulgrew, and Laura Prepon - announced the news that pretty much everyone expected.

As it stands, there's no word yet on when the final season will drop on Netflix, but it's expected to be some time around the middle of 2019, going by previous dates from the show. 'Orange Is The New Black' was one of the first original shows created by Netflix, and with 'House Of Cards' coming to an end as well, they mark the first generation of shows from the streaming service.
The current season of 'Orange Is The New Black' is now available on Netflix.
