Aardman Animations' newest production follows a little birdie who aims to prove she's just as good as the rest of her siblings - who are mice.

'Robin Robin' will be a 30-minute stop-motion animation from the creators of 'Wallace & Gromit', 'Chicken Run', and 'Shaun the Sheep'.

Releasing on Netflix this November, the adorable animation will feature the voices of the wonderful Golden Globe winner Gillian Anderson ('The Crown', 'The X-Files') and Oscar nominee Richard E. Grant ('Withnail & I', 'Can You Ever Forgive Me?').

From the looks of the teaser below, Aardman's newest animation looks to have taken the fluffiness of their wooly character Shaun the Sheep and injected it into their newest creations, making for some charming and precious characters.

The synopsis of the short animation is as follows:

When her egg fortuitously rolls into a rubbish dump, Robin is raised by a loving family of mice. As she grows up, her differences become more apparent. Robin sets off on the heist to end all heists to prove to her family that she can be a really good mouse – but ends up discovering who she really is.

Aardman Animations is currently busy at work on 'Chicken Run 2', the highly-anticipated sequel to their 2000 movie. The sequel will also premiere on Netflix in the future, and filming is expected to begin later this year.

'Robin Robin' arrives on Netflix on November 27.
