If you're thinking to yourself, those are also the surnames of actors Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman, then you'd be right.
Maya Thurman-Hawke is the 19-year old daughter of the two, and most recently turned up in BBC's adaptation of Little Women of Jo March. Not only that, Thurman-Hawke was the first choice of Sofia Coppola for her adaptation of The Little Mermaid, however the studio wanted the more well-known Chloe Moretz - which, ultimately, led to Coppola exiting the project entirely.

The news was announced via Netflix's Twitter account, which described Thurman-Hawke's character Robin as "an alternative girl", so angsty? Very angsty. Who knows. On top of this, Season 2 scene-stealer Priah Ferguson, who played Lucas' younger sister Erica, is being added to the main cast and will play a much larger role in the new season.
