Yoko Ono is involved in a production capacity with a new biopic about her and John Lennon.
The artist and musician - who is now 83 - was married to the former Beatle for 11 years before he was shot by Mark Chapman in 1980.
It's being written by Anthony McCarten, who wrote Stephen Hawking biopic 'The Theory of Everything', and will document their love story and their social and political activism.
The Hollywood Reporter quote Ono's co-producer Michael DeLuca (who produced films like Captain Phillips and Moneyball) as saying: "The story will focus on ripe and relevant themes of love, courage and activism in the US – with the intention of inspiring today’s youth to stand up for and have a clear vision for the world they want."
