Fans have speculated that the lyrics of the former One Direction star's song 'Medicine' allude to his bisexuality, with lines like "The boys and the girls are here / I mess around with them / And I’m OK with it", while at another point he says "Here to take my medicine / Treat you like a gentleman / Give me that adrenaline / Think I’m gonna stick with you."
