Louis Tomlinson has had a week of ups and downs.
The One Direction star's mother Johanna sadly passed away from leukaemia last week at the age of 42, but Tomlinson's plans to release his debut single 'Just Hold On' were set in place, and so he continued with the release.
The track is a collaboration with electro/EDM musician Steve Aoki and the pair performed it on the final of The X Factor on Saturday night, in accordance with her wishes. Indeed, things get quite emotional as he clearly struggles to hold back tears after the song is finished.
