As you may have noticed over the past few weeks, we have been running a series of interviews in association with Hop House 13 which have shone a spotlight on some of Ireland's best young creative forces.
It was important that we cast our net far and wide to encompass a diverse range of talents - and the four participants were undoubtedly some of the most impressive we've had the pleasure to talk to and work with, from Jill Beecher's artistic work on blockbuster film and TV shows like The Revenant and Game of Thrones to Dara Munnis's music photography with the likes of Ed Sheeran and Hozier, Emmalene and the Minaw Collective's wonderful street art and how Luke and Fabian from The Fireplace Barbershop are putting their own distinctive twist on Dublin's male grooming industry.
It all culminated in an event at the Open Gate Brewery last week, where our four creative sparks demonstrated their talents via live workshops with an invited audience, and participated in an interview with our esteemed editor Mike Sheridan.
