Dave Grohl wasn't always this cool, y'know.
Before he formed Foo Fighters and even before he became Nirvana's drummer, the Nicest Man in Rock unsurprisingly honed his craft in a number of other bands in his younger years.
One of them was a hardcore punk band called Scream, which he dropped out of high school to join at 17 - and a just-released outtake from Foo Fighters' HBO documentary 'Sonic Highways' shows his reaction to one of their songs, 'Gods Look Down' from 1989 when he was 20 years old.
Grohl took lead vocals on the song, and as he puts it himself: "I sound like a girl. don’t think my balls had dropped yet."
