Are you ready for what may very well be the club night of the year? As you’re more than likely aware, one of the most famous duos in hip hop Macklemore & Ryan Lewis will make their return to a Dublin stage when they play two night residency at Dublin’s O2 on the 14th and 15th of September. Now, tickets for these shows are like proverbial hotcakes but if you weren’t able to get your mitts on one fear not because we have some exciting news for you!
Macklemore & Lewis will play an official afterparty at The Academy on Abbey Street to celebrate what will be their biggest ever headline show on any stage in the world. What will they have in store for you at the afterparty? Doors will open at 10.30pm, just enough time for you to make your way from The O2, where DJ KC from Today FM will warm the crowd with a few tunes before the Chance The Rapper will play his first ever Irish set.
The second party of evening will commence when Macklemore & Ryan Lewis make their appearance for a late night rendition of some of their biggest hits of the year, before DJ Flip closes the night with some local hip hop.
