Northern Irish rockers Therapy? have been forced to reschedule two Irish dates in Dublin's Vicar Street and Cork's Cyprus Avenue set for this weekend after a broken hand sustained by drummer Neil Cooper.
A message from the band reads: "Folks, we are very sorry to inform you that the Dublin and Cork shows this weekend have had to be rescheduled.. long story short, Neil has had an accident and broken his finger (actually the knuckle on his snare hand middle finger) and after a visit to a specialist , he has been advised to take minimum 2 weeks recovery time (ie. no movement/lifting/playing) to give the finger the best chance of recovery."
Neil added: "So sorry everyone. I’m absolutely gutted about causing the Cork and Dublin shows to be re-arranged. We’ve been unbelievably excited about playing the first A Brief Crack Of Light shows and to have something like this happen now is a complete nightmare. I promise I’ll be on the mend and we’ll make the re-arranged dates in May extra special."
The shows will instead go ahead on May 10th in Vicar Street and May 11th in Cyprus Avenue and your original tickets will still be valid.
