The Waterboys have announced a run of four nights at Dublin's Vicar Street next year.

Dublin resident Mike Scott and co. will play the venue on November 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th 2015. It's almost a year away, but tickets are expected to sell quickly when they go on sale next Thursday, November 20th. 

The band release their eleventh studio album 'Modern Blues' in January. Scott recently pledged his support of Boyzone's cover of 'The Whole of the Moon', which was released on recent compilation album 'Sounds of the '80s - Unique Covers of Classic Hits'.
