The first names announced for the Trinity Summer Series gigs in the heart of Dublin city have been revealed.
After selling out three gigs at Dublin's Olympia Theatre and releasing their new album 'Encore' earlier this year, ska greats The Specials will play the outdoor show at Trinity on July 4th.
Dingle indie-poppers Walking on Cars, meanwhile, will play the same venue on July 3rd. It's their first gig announcement of 2020, after they were recently announced as headliners of the New Year's Eve concert in Dublin this December 31st.
Tickets are €59.50 (The Specials) and €49.90 (Walking on Cars). Both are on sale next Friday, November 15th from usual outlets at 9am.
