In the same week frontwoman Dolores O'Riordan releases her second solo album 'No Baggage', The Cranberries have revealed that they will reunite for a North American tour. The Limerick band's original line up – made up of O'Riordan, Noel & Mike Hogan and Fergal Lawler – will get back together for their first tour in seven years.
An official statement from the band says, "Over the last few years, each member of the band has had time to work on different projects and learn so much from their experience...Now the time is right for The Cranberries to bring all of this together and move forward."
The band have promised to play a selection of their greatest hits, new songs and some of Dolores' solo songs on the tour. They kick off the American tour in November, before playing shows in Europe early next year. Let's assume they'll play some home shows.
