This is turning into quite a saga.
If you may recall, Morrissey came under fire for his comments regarding the sexual harassment allegations made against Kevin Spacey in an interview with German newspaper Der Spiegel.
It led the former Smiths frontman to essentially claim that his comments had been taken out of context, saying from the stage at a recent gig: "Unless you see the words form in my mouth, and then you see the words or hear the words coming out of my mouth, please - if you don't see that, then I didn't say them."
He also released a statement claiming that he was completely against rape and child abuse, and claiming that Der Spiegel had refused to release the audio of the interview.
Well, now the newspaper has done just that, and, well... it seems that those words did, indeed, come out of his mouth (around the 26 minute mark).
