Taylor Swift has had numerous high-profile boyfriends over the years, from Calvin Harris to Harry Styles and John Mayer.
However, few of them have been as contentious among her fanbase as The 1975's Matty Healy.
Over the last month or two, a rumour gathered steam suggesting Swift - who is currently on her 'Eras' tour in the States - had been 'spending time' with the loud-mouthed British rock frontman following the end of her relationship with actor Joe Alwyn.
Healy was seen at several dates of Swift's tour to lend his support to his reported love interest, while gossip site Page Six reported how they were spotted kissing at a private club in New York and they were seen out and about in public at various points over the last few months.
The majority of her 'Swifties' fanbase seemed to think this was a very bad idea, considering Healy's unfiltered nature (which landed him in trouble with Noel Gallagher recently), but apparently the pair have now called it quits on their brief romance, with a source telling People magazine: "She had fun with him, but it was always casual. They are no longer romantically involved."
Will we hear more about their dalliance in song-form at some point in the future? It's quite likely....
