The first POD Winter Party will take place at Dublin's 3Arena next month, with a host of DJ and dance talent on the line-up.

German techno stalwart Sven Vath heads up the bill, which also includes Hot Since 82, Jon Hopkins (DJ set), Matador (Live), Dan Stritch and Skream.

Doors are 6pm and the party will run until midnight - after which there will be 'takeover' parties in various city centre venues (more details of which will be announced on the Facebook page).

It all takes place on Sunday October 30th, the Bank Holiday weekend, and tickets are €59.50 and on sale from usual outlets now. Over-19s ID is required.
