When he's not acting, involved with the rugby team he owns, or drinking Guinness with his Irish pals Ronan Keating and Ryan Tubridy, Russell Crowe is also an established musician.
The New Zealand-born actor has played music as far back as the 1980s and in 2017 he launched his 'Indoor Garden Party' project, which he describes as "an event, a band, a happening. It’s fluid. The personnel changes, but it’s always big. It’s like a festival where I gather people I admire, musicians and storytellers, and we put on a show."
Irish fans will be happy to know that the 'Gladiator' star will bring his Indoor Garden Party tour, with backing band The Gentlemen Barbers and singer Lorraine O'Reilly, back to Ireland for the first time in seven years when he plays Dublin's Gaiety Theatre.
They'll play the city centre venue on July 1st, with support from Janet Devlin. Tickets are from €61.35 including booking fees, and on sale Friday 8th March at 10am.
