By now, you've no doubt heard about the lawsuit that is being brought against actor Shia LaBeouf by his former girlfriend FKA Twigs.

The London musician, real name Tahliah Barnett, alleges that LaBeouf subjected her to physical and emotional abuse over the course of their relationship, as well as knowingly infecting her with an STD.

Now, Australian pop star Sia has volunteered her own experience of LaBeouf, saying that she had been 'hurt emotionally' by him, and calling him a 'pathological liar, who conned me into an adulterous relationship'.

LaBeouf and Sia first crossed paths when he appeared in the video for her song 'Elastic Heart' with Maddie Ziegler in 2015. The video proved controversial with many expressing discomfort at its tone, considering Ziegler was just 13 at the time. Sia apologised, saying "All I can say is Maddie and Shia are two of the only actors I felt could play, these two warring ‘Sia’ self states. I apologize to those who feel triggered by ‘Elastic Heart’. My intention was to create some emotional content, not to upset anybody.”

She took to Twitter to express her support for FKA Twigs, calling her "very courageous" and saying that she was "very proud of [her]".
