Pop star Halsey is not a person who's afraid to express her opinion, as she has demonstrated in a recent interview.

The electropopper, who supported Justin Bieber at the RDS on Wednesday, was asked by The Guardian what she thought about having guest artists on her album when she singled out the Australian rapper.

There’s a lot of people I wouldn’t put on my record”, said the 22-year-old. “Iggy Azalea: absolutely not. She had a complete disregard for black culture. Fucking moron. I watched her career dissolve and it fascinated me.”

Azalea - who has come in for such criticism from other quarters in the past - has not yet responded to the comments.
