Given her vile treatment at the hands of a certain American president recently, it's only fair that the French First Lady gets to have a bit of fun now and again.

In recent days, Brigitte Macron has greeted both Bono (with U2 in Paris on their Joshua Tree tour in recent days) and Rihanna at the Elysee Palace, as both were in Paris for meetings with her husband Emmanuel Macron.

Mind you, it wasn't all fun and games; Rihanna was in the city on Tuesday to speak with Macron about her education fund, after appealing to the French president on Twitter to contribute to her fund for education in developing countries.

Bono, meanwhile, was there on Monday to discuss poverty and aid targets for his various campaigns.

Anything to counterbalance the Trumps.
