We reckon that the Bajan pop star may be looking for more than a month's deposit in advance and a letter from your employer to rent her West Hollywood house/compound, considering the monthly rent is $16,500 (€13,500). Sure, that's only slightly more than Dublin's current average rental price.
Still, if you fancy having one of the biggest names in music as your landlord, the rent includes the following: "an automatic driveway gate, four bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors, spacious closets, a pool and even a one-bedroom guest house."
Ri-Ri bought the 2,886 square foot 'micro compound' just last year for $2.75 million so it's not clear why exactly she's renting it - but if you're late with any payments, she's got a song for that:
