Fans of the boy band One Direction have reacted angrily after the band's Comic Relief single was leaked online.
The single, which is a cover of Blondie's One Way or Another and Teenage Kicks, is this years Official Comic Relief single and was due to be released on 17th February. The boys released a sneak peek of the single a few days ago but a recording of the full single appeared on YouTube later. One Direction fans have vowed on Twitter not to listen to the song until it is officially released.
Some of the fans took to Twitter to vent their frustrations with one fan saying 'Cannot believe someone has leaked One Direction's charity single for Comic Relief, the whole point in it is to raise money...' and another 'Do not illegally download One Way or Another! It's a CHARITY single, make sure your money goes to a good cause, not someone's back pocket!' while those who are a little more hardcore said 'I'M PRETTY SURE YOU ARE ALL GOING TO HELL.' Oh dear.
One Direction star Louis Tomlinson has since took to the Tweet Machine to express his disappointment in the single getting leaked, and urged his fans to buy the single. 'I hear the charity single has been leaked. Very sad to see. Don’t forget together we are trying to raise money for comic relief.' 'Please get behind an incredible charity and make a real difference. You can pre order now from iTunes for the official track. Thank you'
So unless you want to feel the wrath of One Direction fans, I would suggest you buy the single which is due for release on the 17th February. One Direction are set to perform the single at the Brit awards on February 20th.
