Choice Music Prize nominees O Emperor are to release a new single recorded with the RTE Concert Orchestra.

The single is a new version of the Waterford band's 'Hither Thither' track 'Sedalia', with a new orchestral arrangement fully scored by the band's pianist Phil Christie, who also takes on lead vocals for the song. Recorded in RTE's Studio 1, it is a version that far surpasses the original album track.

'Sedalia' will be available as a download only single from this Friday March 25th, while a video directed by Rob Davis, Elton Mullally and John Phillipson of Tusk Productions featuring behind the scenes footage with the orchestra will also be available as part of a digital bundle.
