Another week, another round of 'Which Gallagher brother has the best insults?'
While Liam has shared more than a few laugh-out-loud opinions of his big brother, it seems that Noel - although not as forthcoming as 'ar kid' - just about edges him in the wittiness stakes.
This is the man, after all, who once famously described Liam as 'a man with a fork in a world of soup'.
His latest jibe isn't quite as iconic as that one, but is extremely funny, nevertheless.
Writing a column in the NME, he addressed the issue of fans complaining that he doesn't do enough Oasis songs in his solo set with the High Flying Birds.
"If they want to hear old Oasis songs, they’re being played by a fat man in an anorak somewhere, you know, with shorts on," he wrote. "So they can go and see that. I’ve no desire at all to get back involved with Oasis."
Never one to let someone else have the last word, Liam responded to the offensive comment with his usual sense of humour...
Im REALLY upset

Me2 there’s banter and then there’s banter but slagging of a mans anorak is out of order
