Just yesterday, we reported that Janet Jackson had cancelled a number of dates on her Unbreakable World Tour because of impending surgery on her throat.
While the explanation of problems with her vocal cords was offered, many fans seemed to think that it was a much more serious problem and that the star may be battling throat cancer.
However, she posted a video message to Facebook last night assuring fans that this was not the case and that she would be back in action soon - including her European dates, which she says doctors have approved her for.
As we mentioned yesterday, her gig at Dublin's 3Arena is set to go ahead on April 2nd, and we'll let you know if this is not the case.
