Paul McCartney and Bruce Springsteen's paths have crossed many times over the years, and both are legends in their own rights - but a recent gig saw them joining forces on stage.
McCartney was playing New York's famous Madison Square Garden on Friday night when Springsteen appeared on stage during the encore to join him for a song.
Both have covered 'Twist and Shout' - McCartney with The Beatles and Springsteen on his most recent tour - but they settled on a rendition of The Beatles' 'I Saw Her Standing There' with a little help from E Street Band guitarist Steven Van Zandt.
By all accounts it was a late one, according to Van Zandt's wife Maureen, who tweeted "3 hours sleep , but what a night ! There is nothing like a Paul McCartney show. Fab band, great songs, the loveliest group of people. Magic."
