Comedian, actor and member of spoof band The Lonely Island Andy Samberg has taken on more than his fair share of amusing musical impersonations over the years (see: Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping).
His latest, however, is up there with his finest.
Samberg impersonated Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder at the Spirit Awards the other night, singing the rock band's song 'Alive' to soundtrack a send-up of the 'In Memoriam' section of awards shows, saying "I'm Eddie Vedder and I love the Cubs. My voice sounds exactly like this," by way of introduction.
The 'Non-Memoriam' segment included nods to actors who were still very much - well, alive - including Matt 'Matty D-Bones' Damon and Viggo Mortensen.
