6-year-old Jordan Lee Nickerson has had a tough run of things. At the age of just 9 months he was diagnosed with Williams Syndrome, a genetic disorder which leads to both physical and developmental disabilities. Nine months after that Jordan he had surgery on his heart to repair a problem with his aorta and, even though he's already undergone more challenges than most of us encounter in our entire lifetimes, just last month he was diagnosed with leukemia.
Jordan's family created a Facebook page, called Jordan's Brave Page, to help get his story out into the wider world and one of the thousands of people who were touched by his story was Taylor Swift.
The singer paid Jordan a visit at Boston Children's Hospital and asked if she could sing him a song. After figuring out which song Jordan had requested (he described it as the 'Oh Song'), Swift sang and danced with him in one of the more touching videos you'll see for a long while.
