Yes, that's right people... World Cup 2018 is almost upon us, and the news below will either have you tuning in whether you're a football fan or not, or making sure to miss the opening ceremony - all dependent on your feelings on Robbie Williams.
Williams is set to play the opening ceremony of the tournament this Thursday in Russia, before the first match (Russia vs. Saudi Arabia) kicks off.
Also playing the ceremony is Russian soprano Aida Garifullina, while Brazilian footballer Ronaldo will also make an appearance (presumably not singing, though).
Considering how Williams's hit 'Party Like a Russian' caused quite a stir in Russia when it was released, it'll be interesting to see if that makes the setlist...
