The music world is full of pointless, cynical and often downright unnecessary band reunions, often by bands who probably shouldn't have bothered forming in the first place.
One reunion the world DOES need, however, is an ABBA reunion.
Although the members of one of the best pop bands of all time have repeatedly denied rumours that they will ever get back together, the foursome were pictured together for the first time in almost a decade last night - although unfortunately, it wasn't for musical reasons.
Instead, Bjorn Ulvaeus, Anni-Frid Lyngstad, Agnetha Faltskog and Benny Andersson were attending the opening of an ABBA-themed restaurant in Stockholm, along with their partners. The last time they were pictured together was at the premiere of the film Mamma Mia! in 2008.
The Mamma Mia! Experience will allows diners to enjoy their food while experience various singers and dancers performing ABBA songs. The setting emulates a Greek taverna, in line with the film's setting on a Greek island.
Although the foursome now range in age from 65 - 70 years old, it'd still be amazing to see them live.

Is this the closest we'll get to an ABBA reunion? https://t.co/ZSJvukp2Cf pic.twitter.com/bF5U5PrM0K
