Green Day are in Dublin at the moment to play the Royal Hospital, Kilmainham tonight, and it seems that Billie Joe Armstrong and his bandmates have been getting some tourist time in while they're here.

If you were anywhere near George's Quay in Dublin yesterday, you may even have spotted Armstrong hanging around outside a certain premises and taking a selfie or two.

The frontman posted a picture of the band's first-ever Irish gig in 1991 to Instagram yesterday, asking people if they remembered the name of the pub that the venue they played (The Attic) was located above.

The answer, of course, was The White Horse Inn - which, to Armstrong's dismay when he found out yesterday, is now a Starbucks.

Nevertheless, he took a selfie to mark the occasion and threatened to 'bum rush' the coffee shop to play a gig there instead of RHK.
