Ringo Starr will be inducted into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame next month - and his one-time bandmate Paul McCartney will do the honours.
McCartney was himself inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1999, as were his fellow Beatles John Lennon (1994) and George Harrison (2004), leaving their former drummer as the last to receive the honour.
The 30th annual ceremony takes place in Cleveland, Ohio on April 18th and acts including John Legend, Beck, Fall Out Boy and Foo Fighters will perform on the night.
Other inductees of 2015 include Lou Reed, Bill Withers, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, The Paul Butterfield Blues Band and Green Day.
