The ninth series of Other Voices is set to kick off on RTE2 in exactly one week, broadcasting this year's series of performances recorded in St. James' Church, Dingle, in December.
The first show of the series goes out next Wednesday February 16th at 11.25pm and will feature The National performing songs from their stunning album 'High Violet'. Also on Wednesday's show are sets from hotly tipped singer Anna Calvi and recently Choice Prize nominated singer songwriter James Vioncent McMorrow, while up and coming songstress Jennifer Evans plays in the IMRO Other Room.
There are many more great acts to feature over the course of the series including Richard Hawley, Jarvis Cocker, Marina & The Diamonds, Ellie Goulding, Cathy Davey and Lisa Hannigan.
Meanwhile, othervoices.ie and the Other Voices Facebook page will be hosting a limited number of exclusive live performances will also be posted in advance of each show. You'll also find exclusive interviews and more music from the series streaming on othervoices.ie.
