Bennington has reportedly struggled with drug and alcohol issues at various times throughout his life.
Linkin Park rose to fame with their massively popular debut, Hybird Theory, in 2000 which introduced the world to their fresh hybird of alt-rock, metal and rap. Their follow up, 2003's Meteora would be the first of their six chart topping albums. The band's most recent album, One More Light, topped the Billboard chart earlier this year.
