A number of new acts have been added to the line-up for this year's Indiependence Music and Arts Festival.

The festival runs in Mitchelstown, Co. Cork this August Bank Holiday weekend (August 3rd - 5th), and previously-announced headliners include Primal Scream, Jake Bugg, Walking on Cars and Sigala.

Joining them are new names Kate Nash, Hudson Taylor and Wyvern Lingo, while there is also a new 'Urban Village' stage that will see performances from some exciting up-and-coming Irish hip-hop and spoken word artists. They include Mango X Mathman, Kojaque, Tebi Rex, Erica Cody, Jay Ronic, Outsider YP, Jyellowl, Shookrah, Jordan Adentunji and Sequence.

With the comedy and spoken word stages yet to be announced, it's already shaping up to be a big year for the festival.

Tickets are on sale from indiependencefestival.com now.
