You wait ages for one Kanye West album to come along, etc...

The rapper's last album was 2016's 'The Life of Pablo', but he has just announced that he will be releasing not one but two new albums in June.

West made the announcement on Twitter, where he has been tweeting up a storm since returning to the platform last weekend - revealing that he is writing a 'book' in 'real time' of his philosophical musings that "no publisher or publicist will tell me what to put where or how many pages to write."

The first release will be a solo album of seven tracks released on June 1st. The second will be released a week later, June 8th, and is a collaborative album with Kid Cudi under the name 'Kids See Ghost'.

No word yet on titles of either, but watch this space...

According to West, there will also be releases by Teyana Taylor on June 22nd and Pusha T on May 25th, presumably through his G.O.O.D. Music label.

It seems that he is back with a bang...
