It's a good thing that the Biebster has deep pockets because he's just been hit with a £300,000 fine for showing up late to a gig in The O2 in London earlier this week and breaking the venues curfew.
There's something sort of amusing about a teenager getting in trouble for breaking curfew but given that this fine comes from the Greenwich Council - and not some overwrought parents wondering where their child is - it's probably pretty serious business.
