James Arthur has hit back at the media after he claims that comments attributed to him in a recent interview were 'completely twisted'.
As we reported yesterday, the former X Factor winner's interview with The Sun on Sunday generated quite a stir after he suggested that the likes of Ed Sheeran, Ellie Goulding and Sam Smith benefitted from coming from well-off backgrounds, and suggested that Justin Bieber and Zayn Malik wanted to 'be' him.
Now, he's taken to Twitter to deny that they were intended as insulting, as well as calling Noel Gallagher 'the truth', for some reason.
An interview I did recently in which I talk about other artists has been completely twisted. So ridiculously out of context. AGAIN.
