Ex-Blink 182 singer/guitarist Tom DeLonge has announced details of his new album, 'To the Stars…'.
DeLonge left the band rather acrimoniously in January after his bandmates questioned his commitment, and has since been in the music headlines for airing his thoughts on aliens and UFOs, telling US magazine Paper "You have to understand, I've been involved in this for a long time. I have sources from the government. I've had my phone tapped. I've done a lot of weird stuff in this industry -- people wouldn't believe me if I told them."
His new album release certainly won't endear him to his former bandmates, however, as it's expected to be a collection of mostly Blink-182 demos and rarities, rather than new solo material.
Fans who pre-order the album will receive a new track on March 9th. The full album will be released on April 18th.
