David Kitt has appealed for information or the return of a laptop and iPad that were stolen from his car last night.
Kitt, who is set to play next weekend's Electric Picnic under his electronic guise as New Jackson, posted on Facebook this morning about the theft, which took place in Rathmines in Dublin last night.
He posted: "Laptop and i pad with all my music schizz on em stolen from my car right in front of blackbird rathmines around 9 last night and i'm broke and not covered by insurance. Any info much appreciated!"
Just yesterday, he had been posting about preparation and rehearsals for his seventh studio album, which was due to start recording today.
