Miley Cyrus has shared footage of an incident that took place in Barcelona last week, in which a random stranger physically assaulted her.

Cyrus was in the city to play the Primavera Sound festival. She walking leaving her hotel to walk to her car with (her fairly useless, you could say) security,  her husband Liam Hemsworth just ahead of her. A man then reaches through the crowd to grab her. He ruffles her hair and pulls her towards him for a kiss.

She posted the footage to her Instagram story, alongside the caption: "She can be wearing what she wants. She can be a virgin. She can be sleeping with 5 different people. She can be with her husband. She can be with her girlfriend. She can be naked. She CAN’T be grabbed without her consent. #DontFuckWithMyFreedom".

Cyrus has had a busy week, releasing new EP 'She is Coming' last Friday and starring in an episode of the new 'Black Mirror' series, which debuted on Netflix yesterday.
