Once again proving that we Irish have better taste in music than our British counterparts (ahem), Mark Ronson & Bruno Mars's slick, classy slice of pop 'Uptown Funk' is officially the Christmas Number One single in Ireland.
The track beat off competition from The X Factor's Ben Haenow, whose 'Something I Need' came in second in the Irish charts, but which topped the UK charts for their Christmas Number One.
Third in Ireland is Ed Sheeran's 'Thinking Out Loud', while Band Aid 30 dropped three places to number four with 'Do They Know It's Christmas?'
