The band will celebrate the iconic album's twentieth anniversary with a string of shows.

Here's a nice shot in the arm of a dull Tuesday morning for fans of legendary Welsh rockers Manic Street Preachers: more than 20 years after their post-punk masterpiece 'The Holy Bible' was released, they'll play the album in full for the first time in a string of newly announced dates this December.

The Irish date will take place on 13th December, after shows in Glasgow and Manchester and before a three night run in London's Roundhouse.

The London dates will be almost 20 years to the day since they played three concerts at the London Astoria, which turned out to be the last gigs they ever performed with guitarist Richey Edwards who went missing just months later - and his whereabouts have never been properly explained.

Tix will go on sale at 9am on 26th September priced at €39.05.
