Hailing from Orlando, Florida which explains the unnaturally chirpy hair and teeth, Mandy Moore is apparently working hard at guitar lessons with a view to writing her own songs. She's been in the business for too long now. This is her second album and is looking to assert her creative strengths. She is fifteen.
