You don't need us to tell you the benefits of social media when it comes to interacting with your favourite band or artist.
To get a like, retweet or - gasp! - even a reply on Twitter can make you day, but not when it's a sassy clap back like the one by Little Mix below.
In fairness to Twitter user @KillEmSell, they kind of had it coming by commenting on the girl group's vocal prowess. Although Little Mix were not tagged in the conversation, they somehow got wind of her accusation that Perrie Edwards was 'overworking her vocals' and that they should stop performing the song 'Power' as "it always sounds like they're struggling".
