Although she may rethink the collaboration now - considering how controversial Azealia has proven herself over the last few months - Lady Gaga worked with Azealia Banks on her last album, 2013's 'ARTPOP'.

Banks said in a 2012 interview: "I worked with Lady Gaga, but I worked with Lady Gaga from afar. We worked via email and via Internet. We have a song called ‘Red Flame’ and a song called ‘Ratchet,’ but I don’t know what she’s doing with it. She’s going to release it when she wants to release it.”

The song in question, 'Red Flame', never made the album's final tracklisting and had been previously unreleased - until now.

As most things have a way of doing, the song has leaked online, nicely timed before Gaga's alleged new single drops over the next few weeks.
